Note

• This can include government publications, white papers, research briefings and NICE guidelines.
• Many UK government publications are published by His Majesty's Stationery Office, which can be shortened to HMSO in the publisher field.
• When the author and publisher are the same name, do not include the publisher in the reference list
• If there is more than one publisher, separate each one with a semi colon, e.g. BMJ Group; Pharmaceutical Press.
