Academic Writing Guidance
with our resident Royal Literary Fellow (available October to mid-June)
Would you like to improve your academic writing? Then why not book an appointment with me, Sophie Duffy, your Royal Literary Fund writing fellow? I'm a professional, published author, based here in the library to help you strengthen your academic writing. Whilst it is best to work on essays-in-progress, we can discuss a starting point if you are really stuck. Try to book a session some way ahead of a deadline, so you have time to apply any advice you might receive.

Sessions are one-to-one, free, independent of the university, and confidential. Sessions are for 50 minutes and take place on campus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Please email me at sophie.duffy@rlfeducation.org.uk to book an appointment for a Tuesday or Wednesday on campus.
Please note that RLF Writing Fellows do not undertake proofreading or English for Academic Purposes (EAP) tuition.
