With regret, the University has taken the difficult decision to cancel the subscription to Digital Tutors. The reason is Digital Tutors has been bought out by a company called Pluralsight, who have completely changed their subscription model, switching over to a single-user licence model, forcing us to pay for an individual licence for every student who registers to use the product. This has caused the price to vastly increase beyond the ability of the University to pay for it. It has also comes with an increased workload for library staff as students can no longer register for their own account. This new model is both unworkable and unaffordable, hence the decision to cancel.
