Do not include personal communication in your reference list, as this type of information is not available for the reader to use.
Only include as a citation if the interviewee has agreed to be quoted.

Format and order
Interviewee, (initial followed by full stop, followed by family name, followed by comma) personal communication (followed by comma) Date (Month day, followed by comma, followed by year)
In-text citation
