Please be advised that some features on Taylor & Francis Online will be unavailable on Monday 20th November, from 04:30 – 19:30 GMT. This is due to a scheduled update to the platform. You’ll still be able to search, browse and read our articles, but you won’t be able to register, edit your account, purchase content, or activate tokens or eprints during that period.

Kanopy service unavailable (03/11) (Resolved)

Update (14:00): Access to the Kanopy system has been restored and users should no longer have issues in entering the database. If you continue to experience any problems with this resource please contact e.mailbox@hud.ac.uk

Please be aware that the Kanopy video streaming service is currently inaccessible and users will receive an error message in trying to enter the database. This is a widespread issue which the suppliers are working to resolve as a matter of urgency. We will provide an update as soon as further information is known.

OpenAthens connectivity issues – 26/10/17 (Resolved)

Update: OpenAthens are reporting that these issues are now resolved and normal service has been resumed. If you continue to experience any connectivity problems please contact e.mailbox@hud.ac.uk

Please be aware that there are currently widespread issues being experienced with the OpenAthens Single Sign-On Service which enables access to many of the University’s e-resources. As such, in the short term users may encounter difficulties in accessing some journal content via Summon and other portals. OpenAthens are investigating this problem, and will provide an update as soon as possible.

IEEE Xplore Maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance, IEEE Xplore will be unavailable from 9:00 PM – 12:00 midnight EDT on Friday, 20 October (1:00 AM – 4:00 AM UTC on Saturday, 21 October).

IEEE is committed to making business improvements to ensure our customers always have the best technical architecture available.
