Passport Offline – Temporarily Unavailable

If you are intending to access/use Passport today you will be presented with the following message:

“Passport continues to be offline due to a critical outage across our networks.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working hard to get Passport restored as soon as possible.

We will provide more information as and when it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.”

We will update the blog when access has been restored. We appreciate your patience during this time.

    1. Hi Leah,
      We have contacted Passport yesterday, to ask for an update on the fix they are working on. We have been told that the problems are both external and internal and their IT team are working as best they can to fix it as soon as they can.
      As soon as we know access is restored we will update the Blog.
      Many thanks for your patience during this time.

    2. We performed a routine check on Passport this morning Leah and it seems to live and functional. Please have a go at accessing and using it for yourself. If you experience any problems, please get in touch via e.mailbox@hud.ac.uk.
