If you're not sure which are the best resources for your subject, then get in touch with the relevant Subject Team in the Library:

You'll need to know your University computer login details to be able to log into MetaLib. If you're not sure what these are, then contact the Student IT Support Team in the Library:

If you're having technical problems using MetaLib or any of the resources, then do one of the following:
On-Campus
- If you're using a University computer in the Library, then please report the problem to the Information Desk on floor 4 (next to the Cyber Cafe)
- If you're using a University computer outside of the Library, then report the problem to the relevant Support Technician
Off-Campus
- If you're having problems with your home PC, then please check the MetaLib Troubleshooting and General Troubleshooting Tips pages first to see if the answer is there
- If your problem still isn't answered, then please send an email to the Library Support Team (library.support@hud.ac.uk) -- please remember to include the following information in your email:
- your full student details
- full details of your computer setup
- full details of the web browser versions you use
- full details of any anti-virus, personal firewall, or pop-up blocking software you use
