The Web of Science citation details in Summon are currently not returning any article details:

The problem has been reported to Serials Solutions and will hopefully be fixed soon.

Wildcard searching in Summon (resolved)

Wildcard searching (see here for more info) is currently unavailable in Summon. Serials Solutions are aware and are working on resolving the problem.

Chemical Database Service access issue (resolved)

Access to the Chemical Database Service (CDS) via institutional login is currently unavailable. Users must register on the site beforehand so can use this login direct on the site rather than choosing the ‘institutional login’ option.
