Scopus will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance for approximately 12 hours from 1:00PM GMT (8:00AM EST; 9:00PM SGT) Saturday, 26 February.

Thomson Reuters will be performing maintenance to the Web of Knowledge, EndNote Web and Researcher ID this coming Saturday, 5th March 2011.

 Commencing at 23:00 GMT – noon (7:00 AM EST) it is expected the maintenance work will be completed by 00:00 GMT (8:00 AM EST). During this time, there will be disruption of service and access to these products including WoK Personalisation. Apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.

Ulrichsweb will be unavailable on Friday 11th February between 6 and 10 pm for scheduled upgrades.

We have lost access to Creative Club and Adsnaps temporarily. The supplier is working on the problem.

Students can contact Jon.Gigante@ebiquity.com if they should require any immediate assistance. The suppliers will be able to run any reports that they should require.

Due to essential site maintenance work there will be an interruption in the online service for Wiley Online Library on Saturday 5th February at 10:am (UTC/GMT 10:00) for a period of up to 2 hours.

We’re currently experiencing problems with the SpringerLink web site returning error messages. The problem has been reported to the publisher.
